My name is Wajira, but you can call me Wajirita;)

So, my good friend Anne Marie called me up the other day to rave about some "bites" she tasted at a party that night and she mentioned that a good variation would be a Cuban version made with Maria cookies and cream cheese. And voilá, the idea for a Wajira was born! I expected them to be good, for sure, but I had NO idea they would be this amazing! The taste...the texture...did I mention the taste??? Ok, they are made with ground Maria cookies, cream cheese and guava marmalade and then dipped in white chocolate and drizzled with guava glaze and red vanilla coating...AyAyAy, dangerous!
